Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive business growth, expansion, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement multi-channel campaigns that drive demand generation, upsell, and customer retention.
  • Manage Events Strategy: Identify and execute hosted and sponsored events to increase engagement and response rates.
  • Develop Target Account Strategy: Support account-based selling to promote upsell and customer retention.
  • Partner with Sales Teams: Coordinate and communicate with direct and indirect sales teams to optimize marketing activities.
  • Measure and Analyze Campaign Impact: Track budgets, forecast, measure, and report on campaign impact.
Requirements
  • Marketing Experience: Familiarity with various marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve marketing goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Marketing Tools: Proficiency in marketing tools such as Marketo.
