About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our regional marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internal Communications:
    • Create and execute internal communication strategies to align with company objectives and goals.
    • Develop and distribute internal presentations, newsletters, and other types of communication to keep employees informed and motivated.
    • Organize and conduct internal events, such as All-Hands meetings, Townhalls, and webinars, to foster employee engagement and collaboration.
    • Maintain and leverage all internal communication channels.
  • Field and Campaigns Marketing:
    • Develop and localize marketing campaigns and high-value content to meet regional needs.
    • Activate digital campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion.
    • Support events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars, to showcase company products and services.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to target and drive event attendance.
    • Coordinate event logistics and on-site execution when needed.
    • Execute one-on-one account activities to build strong customer relationships.
    • Manage agency relationships to ensure effective campaign execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in internal communications, field marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven success in marketing campaigns and lead generation.
  • Understanding of B2B SaaS industry and sales processes.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing and CRM systems.
  • Experience with web and CMS platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Graphic design and video production skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
