Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retail sales capabilities plans to drive business growth in our markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales and market share growth.
  • Lead the development of perfect store strategies and excellence programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize execution across the region and drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy distributor excellence programs to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with commercial teams to develop and execute sales plans and targets.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Cascade programs to local markets to ensure proper execution.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, commercial, or a related field in consumer goods companies.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and market share growth through trade marketing initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in English (Intermediate/Advanced).
  • Knowledge of the Andean region market (plus).
