About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Specialist to lead our efforts in attracting new clients for Pepperstone within the LATAM market. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong connections with warm leads, conduct demos, and engage with existing clients through top-notch communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and platform, providing insightful market analyses and trade opportunities to keep clients excited about trading markets.
  • Administer KYC as a crucial step in welcoming new clients aboard, ensuring seamless onboarding processes.
  • Efficiently address client inquiries, leveraging your expertise to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Promote a positive, compassionate, and professional demeanor toward all customers, consistently delivering a world-class experience.
  • Translate complex information into easy-to-understand concepts, empowering clients to make informed decisions about their trading journeys.
About You
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the Forex and CFD or finance industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships, showcasing a professional phone presence.
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • The capacity to efficiently manage sales pipelines while meeting various deadlines, including sales KPIs.
  • A strong numerical aptitude, comfortable engaging with data and figures.
