Digital Customer Success Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Customer Success Specialist to lead the rollout efforts on the field for a successful implementation of DCS at various customer locations in coordination with the Digital Operational Team.
Main Responsibilities
- Customer operations understanding for a successful execution.
- Ensure that all technical requirements are set for DCS implementation.
- Onboard customers and lead the change management within the customer's operational team.
- Provide continuous field support and training to ensure the correct usage of the tools and platform.
- Promote the value of the product with customers' operational teams.
- Leverage learnings from the field and implementation to adjust, upscale, and improve to increase delivered value.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating activities across different teams remotely.
- Experience training and supporting.
- Experience in process improvement.
- Expertise in achieving customer delight through interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and sharp business acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven work experience of 5 years in supply chain implementation roles.
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
- Technical skills required, as they relate to the use of the product or service, ensuring software/hardware functionalities.
- Accountability and personal organization.
- Experience in onboarding and training.
- Communication skills.
- Cooperating with others remotely.
- Process and quality process knowledge.
- Ability to understand the functionality of the software/product.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic issues faced by end-users.
- Supply Chain knowledge: operations, planning, and logistics.
- Ability to work with customers with very limited knowledge on software products and its usage.
- Ability to work with customers from varied cultural and economic backgrounds.
- Coordination between customers, hardware technicians, technical support, etc.
- Travel to multiple locations within the assigned region to support parallel implementations.
- Change management at customer locations.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Engineering Mechanics, or Industrial Engineering.
Work Experience
3-5 years of experience in supply chain implementation roles.
Remote Work
This role is not remote.
