Customer Success Manager LATAM
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to lead our implementation efforts in LATAM. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a successful rollout of our Digital Customer Success platform at various customer locations.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you should have experience coordinating activities across different teams remotely and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also be able to troubleshoot basic issues faced by end-users and have a strong understanding of supply chain operations, planning, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with customers to ensure a smooth implementation process
- Provide training and support to customers on our platform
- Work closely with our technical team to resolve any technical issues that may arise
- Travel to multiple locations within the assigned region to support parallel implementations
- Proven work experience of 5 years in supply chain implementation roles
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with customers from varied cultural and economic backgrounds
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
