About the Role

Campbell Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Chile. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for increasing sales revenue with our infrastructure clients, developing offers in accordance with client requests, and managing key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively increase sales revenue with infrastructure clients
  • Travel for sales visits and client relations within Chile and Latin America
  • Develop offers in accordance with client requests
  • Develop value-added resellers and integrators in alignment with the sales strategy
  • Assist in developing internal product development, marketing, and sales strategies
  • Leverage industry experience and contacts to develop business and tailor solutions to client needs
  • Manage key client accounts
  • Respond to and follow up on proposals and product information requests
  • Formulate and budget complex data acquisition system solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mining, or geological engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience primarily in the mining market
  • Technical sales experience in the infrastructure sector
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service abilities
  • Great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated to increase sales
