- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mining, or geological engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience primarily in the mining market
- Technical sales experience in the infrastructure sector
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service abilities
- Great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills
- Proactive and self-motivated to increase sales
