Job Title: Sr. Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Opportunity:

At LatamCent, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base by reaching out to potential customers, understanding their energy needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our clean energy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Qualify leads and schedule sales meetings for senior sales executives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the company CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, in the B2B sector.
  • C1/C2 English Level.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Knowledge of the renewable energy market is a plus.

What's in it for You:

Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 monthly, plus a competitive commission structure. OTE $34,000 a year

Full-time contract
