About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Dermatology Account Manager. Based in Santiago, Chile, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and developing strategic account plans that align with our company's objectives.

Your primary focus will be on creating and executing account strategies that meet or exceed sales targets, while ensuring a win-win relationship with our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze key performance indicators, identify opportunities, and develop tailored solutions to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans that align with our company's strategic objectives
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CLIENTS
  • Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Manage and negotiate client agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Provide regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders to inform business decisions
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in commercial engineering or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the dermatology sector. Your expertise in relevant industries, such as consumer goods, will be highly valued. A keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

A competitive salary of approximately $600,000 CLP per year will be offered to the successful candidate, reflecting your skills, experience, and the demands of the role.
