Job Description

This role is responsible for assisting, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and delivering effective solutions to customers for simple technical problems. You will communicate efficiently and effectively with our customers, own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution, become an encyclopedia of knowledge about relevant products and their capabilities, and solve technical problems for customers on a daily basis.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar.
  • Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (depending on experience).
