Distribution Channel Manager

At Red Bull, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Distribution Partner Manager Wholesalers, you will play a key role in managing and supporting our Wholesales Business Unit of our distributor partner in RM.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the channel, including store coverage, distribution, share value, sales objectives, and maintaining correct stock levels with each Wholesaler.
- Build great relationships and high engagement in defined regions with our distributor partner and top Wholesaler customers, leveraging the world of Red Bull.
- Train, motivate, lead, and develop the skills of the DP team to maximize their potential and results, making field visits and sales coaching necessary.
- Consistently analyze market data to find gaps or opportunities in Wholesale distribution.
- 3+ years of experience in the Off Premise sector, FMCG.
- Leadership, motivation, and team skills.
- Clear understanding of the Off Premise channel.
- Commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
- Strong analytical and organizational ability.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Management reporting and budget control.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Travel: 0-10%.
