At Hasbro, we're on a mission to entertain and connect generations of fans through the power of storytelling and play. We're seeking a talented Trade Marketing Manager to join our team and drive growth in our consumer products division.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail channel sales or trade marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and revenue growth. They will be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of commercial and financial KPIs.

As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with agencies and leading Hasbro's business on different distribution points of sales in channels. You will analyze data to identify customer and brand opportunities, and develop and execute strategies to drive growth and sales. You will also lead a sales and marketing team to inspire partnership across commercial areas, and negotiate with partners and retailers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Partner with agencies to lead Hasbro's business on different distribution points of sales in channels
  • Analyze data to identify customer and brand opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and sales
  • Lead a sales and marketing team to inspire partnership across commercial areas
  • Negotiate with partners and retailers to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economy, Marketing, or similar
  • 5-10 years of experience in retail channel sales or trade marketing
  • Excel, Power Point, Power BI, Atlas, Microsoft Teams, data base management
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Understanding commercial and financial KPIs
  • Creative problem solving / process improvement skills
  • Cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Data understanding and ability to analyze them
