About the Role

As a Wholesaler Channel Growth Specialist at Red Bull, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maximizing sales within the Off Premise channel. Your main objective will be to set a strategic direction that delivers sustained growth for our distributor partner and manage the sales and distribution business effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and achieve defined KPI targets for the channel: store coverage, distribution, share value, sales objectives, etc. Maintain correct stock levels with each Wholesaler within your responsibility.
  • Build great relationships and high engagement in defined regions with our distributor partner and top Wholesaler customers. Implement our business plan in the channel according to agreed conditions and priorities, ensuring every key person in the DP is aligned and prepared to deliver from day one.
  • Prepare, organize, and execute Wholesaler review meetings with all Top Wholesalers on a monthly/quarterly basis, resulting in mutually agreed action plans.
  • Establish and maintain a dynamic and fun team environment that encourages positive attitude, team interaction, and creativity.
  • Foster strong relationships between Red Bull and the distributor team.
Requirements
  • +3 years of experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG.
  • Leadership, motivation, and team skills.
