Job Overview

We are seeking a People Advisor to support our organization in advancing its People Strategy through top-notch administrative assistance. This role will involve implementing essential HR processes within their specific domain and fostering a positive employee experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with People Partners to manage Employee Lifecycle processes, including onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations, compliance, reporting, performance appraisals, compensation reviews, and employee relations as needed.
  • Support the ER team in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations while upholding best practices for sustained compliance.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, including compensation, benefits, performance management, leave policies, payroll, HR applications, and other aspects related to the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide on-site support to employees, offering care and attention.
  • Manage Off Roll employee recruitment, coordinating with Vendors & Hiring Managers.
  • Collaborate and support various employee engagement activities with stakeholders to boost retention and engagement levels.
  • Encourage the utilization of the employee HR Portal by offering guidance on HR knowledge content, such as global and local HR policies, procedural instructions, and more.
  • Guide employees and managers in using self-service in Workday and other HR systems, facilitating technology adoption.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a Generalist, Coordinator, or similar role, focusing on employee lifecycle management, compliance, and engagement.
  • Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industries (highly desirable), supporting employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Relevant education in Human Resources or related fields.
  • English proficiency (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Strong Excel skills for KPI reporting and project management.
  • Experience working with Workday or similar ATS systems.
