Sovos Compliance is a global leader in tax compliance and trust solutions.

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partner Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in cultivating and sustaining productive business relationships with our strategic partners.

As a senior member of the Partner & Alliances team, you'll consistently deliver new revenues and meet agreed bookings quotas by selling with and through strategic partners.

Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a detailed territory plan to maximize partner-driven sales opportunities, growing and managing a quality pipeline of new strategic partners, nurturing and improving working relationships with existing and assigned partners.

You will also be responsible for building and refining strategies for expanding market reach and accelerating market penetration through alliances, actively engaging with existing and new partners to enhance awareness about Sovos' global Tax Compliance and Business-to-Government Reporting solutions.

In addition, you'll build strong relationships and maintain robust communication with partners' direct and indirect sales channels to identify new market and client opportunities, conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to drive consistent productivity against agreed KPIs, and educate and mobilize internal business partners to support key Alliance Sales objectives.

If you have a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals, experience selling SaaS solutions preferred, successful track record of selling to large enterprises, managing complex sales cycles, and interacting with senior executives, then we'd love to hear from you.

The estimated salary for this position is around $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
