Chief Revenue Growth Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Revenue Growth Officer to lead our Sales and Marketing team. This critical role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and enhancing our market presence.
About the Role:
- Promote business development initiatives to maximize revenue potential
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients and prospects
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Cultivate a high-performing sales organization through coaching, training, and performance management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in software sales, with a focus on government and public sector markets
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, plus commission-based bonuses and participation in the Harris bonus plan. Additionally, Harris offers an excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
