Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, diagnosing problems, and delivering effective solutions. The successful candidate will work in cloud and data center environments, participate in technical issue analysis and debugging, and drive innovation within the Support Engineering organization.
Responsibilities- Communicate efficiently and effectively with customers.
- Own customer communications and issues from initial contact until resolution.
- Become an expert in relevant products and their capabilities.
- Solve technical problems for customers on a daily basis.
- Synthesize diverse feedback from customers and identify bugs/product issues for the development team.
- Resolve issues raised within SLA to prevent future problems.
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar field.
- Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills in English.
