Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team. As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional service to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnerships: Own the relationship with strategic partners and be the single point of contact for key partners.
  • Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with partners and develop an extensive understanding of their business challenges.
  • Joint Business Planning: Create joint business plans with key partners to grow their online store in Rappi.
  • Commercial Calendar: Build and execute the commercial calendar working with partners and Rappi internal teams such as Revenue, Growth, Brand, Operations, and Partnerships.
  • Service Level Excellence: Drive excellence in service levels working with partners and Rappi Operational team.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify new opportunities to generate revenue for partners and Rappi.
  • User Acquisition: Help partners to expand their user base by designing initiatives, defining budgets, and executing with support of the Rappi Growth team.
  • Communication: Help communicate Rappi's value proposition and awareness through leveraging partner's communication channels.
  • Performance Review: Review business performance, share the results to partners, and create gap closing initiatives.
  • Funnel Monitoring: Conversions funnel monitoring and continuous improvement, identifying issues and coming up with quick solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: University degree.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the digital marketing sales field.
  • Commercial Mindset: Commercial mindset and passion for Rappi's strategy and competitive position.
  • Leadership: Ability to define, develop, and lead large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Self-Starter: Self-starter. Proactively identify and navigate through ambiguity with little or no guidance.
  • Client Relationships: Proven track record in establishing strong client relationships at a senior level, across a diverse client base. Great communication skills.
  • Language: Ability to speak English or Spanish fluently.
