Are you passionate about e-commerce and ready to take your skills to the next level? We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Adaptive Teams.

Your Mission:
  • Analyze and match products for accurate listings on Amazon and Walmart, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor account health metrics and implement strategies to prevent suspensions, maintaining a high level of compliance.
  • Provide exceptional customer support across all marketplaces, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Regularly update and optimize product listings for improved search visibility, driving sales and revenue growth.
Your Toolbox:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center, with experience in Excel macro development and automation tools a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Must be located in a time zone overlapping with US business hours, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
