About This Opportunity

At Uber for Business, we are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our world-class sales team. As an Sales Expert, you will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, closing, and implementing our solution to SMB companies in Chile. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth, you will play a key role in driving the success of our business development efforts.

About Your Role: You will be the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio of SMB clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met. This includes but is not limited to:
  1. Pitching and selling our B2B suite of products to diverse decision makers inside SMB companies in every industry for Chile.
  2. Prospecting new leads and opportunities to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
  3. Hitting bi-annual and quarter targets (quota carrying role).
  4. Constructing, forecasting, and running your sales pipeline via Salesforce CRM.
  5. Developing your sales skills: Probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment with customers.
  6. Working with a unique multifunctional team inside one of our most important lines of business.
  7. Contributing on building and developing a new U4B product launch in the region.
  8. Participating in periodic team reviews and updates on business progress, best practice sharing etc.
  9. Creating documents like process playbooks, performance trackers etc. to help the team scale efficiently.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 2+ years of B2B experience, with at least 1 year in an Account Executive role or equivalent. SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proven track record of growing a customer base and exceeding revenue targets and company goals.
  • The ability to work independently with high volume and under pressure typical of SMB sales.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management, sales techniques, prioritization, and setting clear expectations.
  • Ability to leverage data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Drives, passionate about a fast-paced team environment, working with high pressure and high expectations.
  • Resilience, adaptability, proactivity, taking care of ambiguity, and a can-do attitude.
  • Creativity, organization and process-orientation to simultaneously handle hundreds of prospects.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $70,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as comprehensive health insurance, flexible paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
