Customer Retention Specialist

Select Assistants is seeking a talented Sales Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in retaining and re-engaging customers by addressing cancellations and resolving concerns with empathy, professionalism, and culturally sensitive communication.
The Role
- Phone-Based Sales and Service: Spend most of your day on the phone, building relationships with current and former customers.
- Customer Retention: Handle inbound and outbound Spanish-language calls from customers considering cancellation.
- Win-Back Campaigns: Proactively call former Spanish-speaking customers to reintroduce Select Assistants services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Built trust and rapport with customers by demonstrating empathy and a genuine commitment to resolving their concerns.
- Exceed retention and win-back goals by saving accounts and reactivating former customers.
- Consistently meet daily and monthly quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
Ideal Profile:
- Fluency in Spanish and English: Exceptional communication skills in both languages (spoken and written).
- Proven Sales and Customer Service Skills: A track record of achieving sales, retention, or customer service targets.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to propose solutions and close deals that satisfy customer needs while benefiting the company.
