Select Assistants is seeking a talented Sales Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in retaining and re-engaging customers by addressing cancellations and resolving concerns with empathy, professionalism, and culturally sensitive communication.

The Role

  • Phone-Based Sales and Service: Spend most of your day on the phone, building relationships with current and former customers.
  • Customer Retention: Handle inbound and outbound Spanish-language calls from customers considering cancellation.
  • Win-Back Campaigns: Proactively call former Spanish-speaking customers to reintroduce Select Assistants services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Built trust and rapport with customers by demonstrating empathy and a genuine commitment to resolving their concerns.
  • Exceed retention and win-back goals by saving accounts and reactivating former customers.
  • Consistently meet daily and monthly quotas while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.

Ideal Profile:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English: Exceptional communication skills in both languages (spoken and written).
  • Proven Sales and Customer Service Skills: A track record of achieving sales, retention, or customer service targets.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to propose solutions and close deals that satisfy customer needs while benefiting the company.
