Retention and Re-engagement Representative

Select Assistants is seeking a highly motivated Retention and Re-engagement Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing cancellations, resolving concerns, and re-engaging customers with empathy and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities:
- Phone-Based Sales and Service: Building relationships with current and former customers through phone conversations.
- Customer Retention: Handling inbound and outbound Spanish-language calls from customers considering cancellation.
- Win-Back Campaigns: Proactively calling former Spanish-speaking customers to reintroduce Select Assistants services.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English: Exceptional communication skills in both languages (spoken and written).
- Proven Sales and Customer Service Skills: A track record of achieving sales, retention, or customer service targets.
- Strong Negotiation Skills: Ability to propose solutions and close deals that satisfy customer needs while benefiting the company.
