Responsibilities- Lead the implementation of our accounting technology roadmap, collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders to align processes and drive adoption.
- Champion process improvement recommendations, delivering actionable insights to business units to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in consolidating business unit data, providing insightful comments to inform senior leadership decisions.
- Review and recommend budgeting and forecasting process enhancements.
- Partner with business associates to analyze the financial impact of emerging product lines and strategic initiatives.
- Perform accounting research, provide subject matter expertise, and implement robust internal controls.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year university, or a 2-year accounting degree with 7-10 years of experience.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years of leadership or project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, general accounting, and internal controls.
- Experience in implementing technology and process improvements.
