Sovos Compliance, a leading provider of tax compliance solutions, is seeking a skilled Strategic Regional Operations Manager to join our team in Santiago, Chile.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to partner with our Managing Director - LATAM to ensure cross-functional collaboration and drive regional objectives. As a key member of our executive office team, you will enable executive effectiveness, support local employees and events across Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, and Ecuador.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional regional cadences to ensure alignment on regional strategy and approach, including weekly regional leadership meetings and quarterly all-staff calls.

• Provide program management for executive-level regional projects and initiatives that ensure regional financial performance and alignment across functions within the region.

• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

• Prepare and distribute executive communications, presentations, and reports as needed, coordinate regional content, preparations, and post-meeting actions for executive-level monthly operating review and board of director meetings.

• Partner with executive office team members to identify and implement strategies and processes aimed at enhancing executive effectiveness and productivity for Managing Director - LATAM.

• Arrange comprehensive travel plans, itineraries, briefing documents, and agendas for executives that support the dynamic requirements of our global team.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 2-5 years of experience in cross-functional project management, business operations, or executive support. You should have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple and changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will be able to consult, facilitate, and influence to solve problems, particularly under pressure and with cross-functional partners.

You must have the ability to take a concept, internalize it, synthesize it, communicate it, rally others around, drive its implementation, and identify ways to continuously improve it.

A strong English and Spanish communication skillset, including written, verbal, and presentations, is essential, with some Portuguese communication skills a plus.

We are looking for someone who is willing to take calculated risks, push your learning edge, and motivate others to do the same.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism is a must.

What We Offer

Sovos Compliance offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including mentoring programs, management bootcamps, yearly performance reviews, and clear paths for growth within our roles.
