PROPOSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO:
Asegurar la implementación correcta de la estrategia de la línea de negocio para alcanzar los objetivos de rentabilidad esperados y además labores de “Desarrollo de Negocios” para penetración en clientes No Sandvik.

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:

- Desarrollar y hacer seguimiento de la estrategia comercial de la Línea de Negocios (bajar desde estrategia global).
- Acordar y aprobar los budget/forecast con los Gerentes de Territorio.
- Ser el enlace con fábricas.
- Identificar las oportunidades para vender la oferta total de Sandvik Crushing Solutions.
- Manejar los términos de licitación de contratos para la empresa junto con la gestión de cuentas.
- Acompañar la gestión de ventas (gestión de reportes de ventas, actividades de ventas de planificación y seguimiento).
- Analizar la conducta del competidor (oferta, rendimiento, fijación de precios, cuota de mercado y de servicios).
- Asegurar que la solución de servicio se adecue a las necesidades del cliente y trabajarla técnicamente.
- Crear propuestas de valor al cliente (que incluyen TCO, EHS, aplicación y conocimientos técnicos) para crear de forma proactiva oportunidades para Sandvik.
- Aprobar y hacer seguimiento de los negocios a través de la plataforma SALESFORCE.
- Reclutar, retener y desarrollar equipos de trabajo, incluyendo los planes de sucesión.
- Garantizar que el rendimiento del equipo cumpla o exceda las obligaciones contractuales.
- Proceso “Demand Plan de Equipos”

SU **Perfil**:

- Título profesional universitario - Ingeniero Mecánico, Metalúrgico, Químico o similar.
- Inglés avanzado (excluyente).

OTROS:

- Disponibilidad para viajar por diversos puntos del país y fuera del país.
- Cantidad de viajes > 50% del tiempo (excluyente)
- Licencia de Conducir.
- Reporta a: Vice President SRP Sales Area Latin America.
- Puestos que le reportan: Coordinador de Ingeniería de Aplicaciones y Proyectos

Ingenieros Especialistas de Productos.
- Interacciones:

- Internas: Gerentes de Territorio, Marketing, otros Gerentes de Líneas de Negocio, Fábricas.
- Externas: Clientes, Distribuidores, Agentes.
