At JOBI, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for sales, marketing, and technology, this role is a great fit for you. As the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth. Working closely with marketing and operations, you'll craft and execute strategies to boost revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales strategy to meet or exceed goals
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
  • Build lasting customer relationships to drive sales and retention
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition through market research
  • Track performance metrics and make enhancements when necessary
  • Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless customer experiences
  • Identify market opportunities and devise impactful sales strategies
  • Results-driven and excels in a target-focused environment
  • Proactively seek out leads and prospects in the tech and digital marketing sector
  • Initiate contact with potential clients and effectively promote products/services
  • Conduct product demonstrations and close sales deals through presentations
  • Establish and nurture a strong client portfolio
  • Work with the marketing team on lead generation strategies
  • Keep abreast of market trends and opportunities

Requirements

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Adept at analyzing and interpreting sales data
  • Proficient in B2B sales and closing complex deals
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Skillful in prospecting and lead generation
  • Advanced proficiency in English
