**Qualifications**:
7+ years of sales experience in sales management.
Experience leading a sales team establishing effective relationships with key decision-makers.
Problem solving with high level actionable plans
Demonstrated ability to continuously increase effectiveness of team, recognizing opportunities for creating new systems, structures, and processes
Strong knowledge of Salesforce, indicator reports and dashboards.
C-level communication to demonstrate results.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales strategies.
Meets or exceeds sales quota from a strategic account plan.
Build, motivate, coach, and assist a sales team.
Forecast, pipeline development, training, hiring and consolidate team collaboration strategy.
.Maximize pipeline creation, conversion rates, forecasting accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Provide strong leadership, mentorship, vision and direction
Builds and cultivates strong relationship with stakeholders across several departments to align on priorities
Strong team player who can make decisions and excels in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Oversee, assist, and close complex, and high-value transactions
