Este rol te brindará una exposición única a las operaciones de la empresa y te permitirá colaborar directamente con equipos clave para mejorar la experiência del cliente.
**Descripción**:
- Proveer soluciones efectivas y resolver incidencias críticas para nuestros usuarios, con enfoque en calidad y rapidez.
- Comunicar soluciones de manera clara y empática a los usuarios finales, mejorando su experiência en cada interacción.
- Analizar procesos y proponer mejoras que ayuden a escalar nuestras operaciones, optimizando la experiência del usuario.
- Colaborar estrechamente con otros equipos de **Toku** para mejorar productos existentes y participar en la introducción de nuevas funcionalidades.
- Ser parte fundamental del crecimiento de **Toku**, con una visión integral de cómo funciona la compañía y aportando a su evolución futura.
- Abordar cada desafío con una mentalidad centrada en el cliente, disfrutando de la resolución de problemas complejos.
- Tener habilidades de comunicación sobresalientes, tanto escritas como verbales, esenciales para interactuar con clientes y equipos internos.
- Destacar en el análisis y resolución de problemas, con un enfoque proactivo y orientado a soluciones.
- Tener experiência previa en roles de soporte al cliente o en operaciones con alto enfoque en el usuario.
- Ser apasionado por la tecnología, organizado, y motivado por encontrar soluciones creativas a desafíos técnicos.
- Adoptar una mentalidad orientada a procesos, con la capacidad de gestionar múltiples tareas en un entorno de alta velocidad y colaboración.
**Requirements**:
- Experiência previa o conocimientos en soporte al usuario.
- Experiência previa trabajando en proyectos o iniciativas de mejora de procesos.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en nuestras oficinas. Estamos con modalidad híbrida, 80% de presencialidad.
