Customer Experience Specialist

Maersk is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to build strong relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of shipping, supply chain, or logistics industry and excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communications skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer's business acumen and ability to know what factors drives the decision making.
- Onboarding customers and building strong and collaborative relationships with both established and new customers.
- Being the primary point of contact for own customers and ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle.
- Understanding external factors impacting customer's supply chain and customer's sense of urgency, service needs, drivers, and desires.
- Aligning with customer expectations upfront and responding with suggested solutions.
- Being fully responsible for customer satisfaction across Maersk product offering.
- Cross-selling and upselling Logistics and Services products to customers.
- Proactively tracking shipments and notifying customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan.
- Willingsness to go the extra mile towards the customers and with focus on providing solutions.
