**Position Purpose**:

- Responsable de la generación y control de estrategias para asegurar el crecimiento de la compañía mediante la incorporación de nuevos clientes.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de ventas de la compañía
- Responsable de prospectar, ejecutar proceso de venta e incorporar nuevas cuentas al servicio CHEP en Chile.
- Responsable de la obtención de rentabilidad en las nuevas cuentas.
- Responsable total de la relación comercial, de servicio y control de los clientes nuevos hasta alcanzar su madurez.
- Generar indicadores de gestión y de cumplimiento del presupuesto y forecast.
- Desarrollo de plan y estrategia de ventas alineada con plan comercial de largo plazo, junto al budget y forecast de CHEP Chile.
- Ejecuta el proceso de ventas completo.
- Negociación comercial (precios y condiciones de venta).
- Elaboración de propuestas a clientes y prospectos.
- Propuesta de P&L para clientes y prospectos de acuerdo a los objetivos financieros de la compañía.
- Seguimiento comercial de las cuentas incorporadas en los últimos 12 meses para asegurar venta, crecimiento y rentabilidad.
- Controla y ejecuta la renovación de contratos de clientes estacionales (exportación).
- Comunicación con pares de otras BU para establecer alianzas o estrategias conjuntas de aumento de ingresos.
- Elaboración de soluciones de servicio innovadoras de acuerdo a la necesidad del cliente o prospecto.
- Monitoreo constante de competidores.
- Creación y seguimiento de Budget/Forecast/S&OP de su gestión comercial, con la apertura que se requiera (por categoría, mercado, producto, canal, etc) manteniéndolo en todo momento actualizado, y generar planes de acción en caso de diferencias entre lo solicitado vs entregado.
- Propone en conjunto con diferentes áreas internas proyectos de valor agregado para prospectos o clientes, (sinergias logísticas, integración vertical, mejorar tasa de daño, auditorías en planta, etc.).
- Fomentar la integración vertical de clientes mediante la apertura de nuevos clientes de ciclo inicial.
- Interacción contínua con equipo de Retail de tal manera de generar en conjunto nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
- Preparación de reportes semanales y mensuales sobre comportamiento de objetivos con análisis sobre indicadores de negocio, evolución e información proporcionada por clientes.
- Manejo de herramientas de venta como Salesforce, SAP, Siebel, Bases de Dato u otras.
- Experiência de 4 años en ventas (idealmente industriales), administración de relacionamiento con el cliente (customer relationship management) y negociaciones de contratos, tarifas y renegociaciones.
- Deseable experiência laboral en empresas participantes en cadena de abastecimiento de retail.
- Deseable experiência laboral en áreas comerciales de empresas multinacionales de servicio o consumo masivo.
