**_We are searching the best talent for a “Executive Sales manager” (Ethicon) to be in Santiago, Chile. _**

**Sales supervisor will be responsible for**:
Responsible for all sales activities to achieve business objectives within business policies and guidelines as well as franchise budget. Responsibility for leading and developing the sales team in Chile.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for achieving revenue targets for the Chile
- Proactively leading the team in achieving and exceeding goals.
- Identifying and coordinating resources, monitoring operating expenses/business metrics, and maintaining key relationships essential to achieving growth and profitability targets.
- Elevating the sales team to be a high performance, outcomes-focused, organization where diversity and inclusion are valued, and where the team's skills, knowledge, and abilities continually evolve to meet current and future needs.
- Partnering with key stakeholders and areas within the organization, on optimization and integration of sales plans, development plans, coaching, incentive compensation.
- Consistently striving to achieve performance excellence in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Identifying market trends and reporting them for timely decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and changing environment, excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills

**Qualifications**:
**Must to have Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics or related.
- Healthcare knowledge
- More than 10 years of professional experience and more than 5 years of leadership experience in Sales and/or marketing roles
- Strong leadership skills, effective communication, business acumen, negotiation, decision making and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and agile mindset
- More than 5 years of leadership experience in Sales and/or marketing roles
- Fluent English
- Microsoft Office management

**Nice to have Qualifications**:

- Medical devices knowledge is desirable.
- MBA
