Reporting to the Head of Sales for Latin America, as our **Sales Manager, **you will play a pivotal role in leading Sales efforts of the team and develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers to aid the identification, development and validation of new products and sales opportunities focusing on mining mobile plant business.

As a **strategic and tactical thinker**, you will design and implement Regional Plans and Sales and Marketing activities that drive profitable growth and long term relationships with both new and existing customers. You will also identify, assess and propose earnings accretive and focus on strategic acquisitions in line with the long term strategic business objectives.

You will bring in your **strong leadership skills** to undertake mentoring, training and capability development for all direct reports, ensuring the team collectively delivers high quality outcomes.

You will be an Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration qualified professional who has significant experience in leading diverse Sales networks across various regions within South American region, with **working knowledge of mining equipment with special emphasis on GET, Undercarriage, and buckets.**

**Willingness to travel extensively both domestic and international and operate independently along with a current driver's license is essential for this role.**

**This role is based in Santiago, Chile.**
