Para nuestro cliente, importante empresa logística focalizada en brindar servicios de almacenaje y entregas de última milla, entre otros servicios, busca incorporar a su equipo de Ventas un Business Development Hunter cuya principal responsabilidad será la prospección y atracción de nuevos clientes para la compañía.
**OBJETIVO PRINCIPAL**
Identificar y prospectar empresas de manera activa para atraer nuevos clientes para la compañía, contricuyendo al desarrollo sostenido y a la expansión en el mercado de la empresa.
**FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS**
- Identificar posibles clientes y oportunidades de negocio.
- Llevar a cabo prospección en frío mediante llamadas, correos electrónicos y otras estrategias de contacto directo.
- Desarrollar y mantener una sólida red de contactos y relaciones comerciales.
- Establecer reuniones y presentaciones con clientes potenciales para entender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones adecuadas, a través de estrategias de venta consultiva.
- Preparar y negociar propuestas comerciales adaptadas a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Cerrar acuerdos de ventas y asegurar la correcta transición al equipo de implementación.
- Utilizar herramientas CRM (HubSpot) para gestionar y registrar todas las actividades de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre de ventas.
- Analizar los resultados de las actividades de prospección y ventas para identificar áreas de mejora.
- Preparar informes o presentaciones semanales sobre el progreso y los resultados alcanzados.
- Proveer retroalimentación del mercado y los clientes para la mejora continua de las soluciones ofrecidas.
**Requisitos**:
- Título Profesional.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en ventas B2B, con modelo de venta consultiva.
- Deseable experiência en soluciones tecnológicas y/o SaaS, preferiblemente en el sector de logística y última milla.
- Deseable uso de CRM, idealmente HubSpot.
- Licencia clase B (Excluyente).
CONDICIONES
- Renta: $1.400.000. / $2.200.000.
- Modalidad de trabajo: Hibrido = 1 en la oficina (Reuniones con el equipo). El resto es Remoto
- Debe contar con disponibilidad para visitar clientes.
- Horario de trabajo: 9:00 a 18:30 hrs.
- Contrato: Indefinido.
- Aguinaldo Navidad/Fiestas patrias.
- Bono de movilización.
- Bono trimestral por cumplimiento de objetivos.
- Seguro complementario y otros beneficios.
- Debe contar con Licencia Clase B.
