**¿Qué harás?**:
El/la Executive Assistant será la persona que apoyará con la gestión eficiente y efectiva de las responsabilidades diarias de los fundadores y eventualmente de algún participante del directorio. Este puesto requiere una combinación única de habilidades organizativas, comunicativas y administrativas, donde cobra importancia la dinámica empresarial, la innovación y la sensibilidad a cuestiones de salud son cruciales. Las funciones asociadas son:
- Organizar y gestionar de manera proactiva la agenda de los fundadores.
- Coordinar reuniones internas y externas, garantizando la disponibilidad de los fundadores.
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal entre los fundadores y otras partes interesadas.
- Gestionar la correspondencia, correos electrónicos y llamadas telefónicas de manera efectiva y confidencial.
- Coordinar y planificar viajes nacionales e internacionales.
- Gestionar los detalles logísticos relacionados con los viajes, incluyendo reservas de hoteles, transporte e itinerarios.
- Preparar y revisar documentos, informes y presentaciones para los fundadores.
- Asegurarse de que la información sea precisa y esté lista para su revisión.
- Colaborar en proyectos especiales asignados por los fundadores.
- Coordinar con equipos internos para asegurar el cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos.
- Participar en la planificación y ejecución de eventos corporativos y reuniones de la empresa.
- Mantener la confidencialidad de la información crítica y sensible. Desarrollar y mantener relaciones efectivas con otros miembros del equipo y partes externas.**¿Qué buscamos?**:
- Título universitario en Ingeniería Comercial, Administración de Servicios, o carrera afín.
- Al menos 1 año de experiência previa como asistente ejecutivo o roles similares.
- Habilidades avanzadas de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.
- Dominio de herramientas de productividad como Microsoft Office y Google Suite.
- Nível de inglés intermedio.
