Empresa Líder en señalización, iluminación y energía, dedicada en generar soluciones innovadoras y personalizadas, creando valor real y sostenible, busca para su equipo comercial de iluminación, un Desarrollador de Negocios quien será responsable de gestionar la venta de los proyectos de iluminación comercializados por la compañía.

Funciones:

  1. Generar oportunidades de negocios que fomenten el crecimiento y expansión de los proyectos de iluminación de la compañía.
  2. Gestionar el ciclo completo de la venta atendiendo todos los requerimientos e inquietudes de los clientes.
  3. Desarrollar en conjunto con jefatura, estrategias y planes comerciales para buscar un aumento en las ventas.
  4. Participar de visitas y levantamiento de información para el proyecto con el cliente y el equipo técnico.
  5. Gestionar documentación para venta de producto de cara a los clientes.
  6. Generar instancias de conversación y negociación con clientes con enfoque en el cierre de negocios.
  7. Llevar la gestión de prospectos, tratos o negocios actualizados en el CRM de la compañía, utilizando todas las herramientas digitales disponibles.

¿Qué necesitas para postular?

  1. Formación académica: Ingeniero comercial, Arquitecto, Diseñador de Ambientes o carrera afín.
  2. Deseable especialización en iluminación. Conocimientos en Dialux.
  3. Experiencia desde 2 años en áreas comerciales o ventas, idealmente con experiencia en áreas de iluminación, LED, solar o ferretería.
  4. Idealmente Experiencia con CRM.

Condiciones:

  1. Tipo de contrato plazo fijo luego indefinido.
  2. Lugar de trabajo Comuna La Reina.
  3. Horario Lunes a viernes 09:00 - 18:30 hrs.

Requerimientos:

  1. Educación mínima: Técnico.
  2. 3 años de experiencia.
  3. Conocimientos: CRM.
  4. Licencias de conducir: A-III-C.
