**The Position**:

- FullStack Labs is seeking an Enterprise AM who will support the company's global business and revenue objectives and be a leader of a group of enterprise accounts. This role will manage and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts along with a supporting team of enterprise personnel. This role will report to the VP of sales and be accountable for generating revenue from key accounts, traveling onsite, and forecasting/achieving growth revenue targets.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Working with a dedicated group of enterprise accounts to build relationships and inroads to achieve account growth numbers and revenue targets.
- Develop key account plans to define growth strategies, requirements to achieve them and supporting staff requirements.
- Ability to manage a supporting enterprise team, define and manage various roles, and produce a clear team structure that aligns with the enterprise account goals.
- Ability to mentor, lead and develop Account Managers and Junior Account Managers to foster the growth of the sales team.
- Navigating a startup environment that requires a dedicated focus on execution and an ability to prioritize impactful actions.
- Traveling to key stakeholders and clients.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 5+ years of experience in direct sales or client management with enterprise accounts.
- Client communication.
- Account management.
- Identifying, Closing, and Developing enterprise accounts and opportunities.
- Building client account plans and executing them.
- Solution-based(value-based) selling experience, with a background in services or applicable SAAS experience.
- Ability to operate and manage time independently.
