- Location: Florida (Remote) - Territory extends from Panama City, to the Mobile Alabama area and this is a remote sales position.
- Alcon is looking to hire a Cataract Account Manager to join our Surgical Sales team in Florida. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the organization's products across multiple sales channels. The Cataract Account Manager will also be responsible for selling directly to end-consumer or organizations, resellers, distributers, or retail outlets while promoting through medical representatives to physicians.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Promotes and drives utilization of appropriate products to all existing and potential customers-
- Provides feedback on competitor activities in the field via line management-
- Organizes and coordinates local meetings on territory, ensuring adequate catering facilities, company literature, samples and relevant audio visual aids are available where necessary-
- Maintains and uphold an excellent company image, by way of personal presentation in both attitude, dress and condition of company car at all times-
- Ensures adequate administrative duties are carried out to guarantee efficient operation of territory-
- Constantly upgrades standard of knowledge and understanding of the specialties in which the company operates-
- Maintains all relevant data in company systems-
- Works as efficiently and economically as possible, as a professional salesperson-
- Identifies equipment opportunities and supports market development- Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.)-
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English-
- 2 Years of Relevant Experience- Work hours: Fulltime
- Travel Requirements: 30% - Some overnight travel
