Fintoc está cambiando la forma en que las personas pagan por internet con pagos sin tarjeta.
Este tipo de pagos ya es una realidad en regiones como Europa, Brasil, Norteamérica y Fintoc está en pole position para impulsar esta oportunidad. Solo en Chile, el 20% de la población de ha usado nuestro medio de pago. Tenemos un equipo muy fuerte de ingeniería y es hora de seguir explotando la parte comercial.
Como Business Development Representative , tendrás la posibilidad de ver en primera fila cómo se va orquestando el ecosistema de pagos en Chile y México con los diferentes actores, donde serás responsable de prospectar y construir el pipeline de Fintoc.
Como Business Development Representative- Investigar e identificar clientes potenciales, contactarlos a través de llamadas directas y mail para luego iniciar el proceso de venta y calificación. Esto considerando canales inbound y outbound.
- Llevar a cabo conversaciones de discovery de alto nivel, construyendo relaciones cercanas a largo plazo con clientes potenciales hasta que se conviertan en oportunidades calificadas.
- Trabajar con Marketing y todo el Sales team para garantizar que nuestra estrategia esté alineada, ayudando y promoviendo la mejora de campañas de generación de leads.
- Mantener actualizada la información en nuestro CRM, llevando un registro claro de cómo se ha llevado la relación con el cliente.
- Entregar la información de los clientes calificados al equipo de Account Executives, quienes se encargarán de cerrar el trato. Preocupándote de que la transición sea lo más fácil para el cliente.
- Energía y habilidades para contactar por distintos medios, capacidad de escucha activa y excelente ortografía. El contacto no será solamente remoto con los clientes, nos interesa que puedas demostrar confianza en reuniones presenciales y que muestres seguridad a la hora de explicar los productos y servicios de Fintoc. Considera que una porción significativa de las ventas son Enterprise y nos toca trabajar con grandes empresas.
- Que tengas determinación y que no te rindas fácil. Que muestres empuje, y motivación para crecer rápidamente.
- Es muy importante que tengas interés por el ecosistema Fintech de Chile.
- Te puedas comunicar en inglés de forma fluida tanto escrita como verbal, no esperamos que seas bilingüe, pero sí que puedas tener una conversación tanto de negocios como social.
- Experiencia previa en industrias Fintech, Tech o en Sales Development es un plus.
