Propósito del Rol


El representante de cuentas de servicios es responsable de vender los servicios de GE Healthcare en un mercado geográfico definido.

Este rol es responsable del desarrollo de nuevas cuentas y/o la expansión de las cuentas existentes dentro de un territorio geográfico establecido, así como también de mantener las relaciones con los clientes con las cuentas en su territorio geográfico establecido.


Responsabilidades principales

  • Prospección de nuevos clientes y negocios además de hacer crecer y mantener la cartera de clientes existente, y calificar nuevos clientes potenciales para mantener negocios identificados para respaldar un embudo de ventas equilibrado para ventas futuras
  • Generar propuestas, preparar cotizaciones de ventas, planificar reuniones con clientes y demostrar las capacidades de los equipos en los productos asignados en el territorio asignado
  • Negociación de ventas y cierre de acuerdos con el cliente, interactuando con todas las personas clave en la compra, como los usuarios directos del producto, pero también posiblemente con los jefes de departamento.
  • Se espera que venda contratos de punto de venta y conversiones de productos aprovechando la cartera completa de productos de ventas de servicios mientras impulsa el margen a través del valor de venta y el precio de mantenimiento
  • Desarrollar y mantener un alto nível de conocimiento del producto de GEHC y productos de competencia
  • Lograr el objetivo anual y trimestral en ventas más los objetivos de ingresos a través de pronósticos mensuales y trimestrales precisos, priorizando el tiempo de venta para generar volumen de negocios, lograr penetración de cuentas y cobertura de territorio completa
  • Mantener relaciones posventa satisfactorias y desarrollar relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes, junto con la capacidad de identificar y capitalizar oportunidades que satisfagan de inmediato las necesidades de los clientes junto con inquietudes, problemas y requisitos de campo
  • Proporcionar liderazgo en análisis de mercado y desarrollo/ejecución de estrategias y planes de acción para impulsar las ventas de productos

Requisitos / Cualidades
Al menos una de las siguientes experiências básicas: más de 8 años de experiência en ventas consultivas, incluidas ventas estratégicas y negociación en un entorno de ventas complejo que involucra a múltiples tomadores de decisiones/personas influyentes, más de 5 años de experiência en GEHC en roles de atención al cliente, o más de 5 años en roles de liderazgo formal progresivamente más grandes que trabajan en un entorno técnico complejo

  • Dominio de las habilidades informáticas en los productos de Microsoft Office Suite
  • Disposición para viajar dentro de su región geográfica específica con pernoctaciones ocasionales según la geografía y las necesidades comerciales, así como para reuniones de ventas y ferias comerciales
  • En la medida en que esté solicitando un puesto que requiera que opere un vehículo de propiedad/arrendamiento de GE, propiedad privada/arrendamiento o vehículo de alquiler para negocios de la empresa, debe estar dispuesto a someterse a una verificación de su historial de manejo
  • Habilidad para comunicarse usando el idioma local, Inglés en níveles avanzados conversacional y escrito
