About the Role:

Mattel is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and developing strategic plans to meet our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute negotiation plans to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Plan and manage client billings, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop commercial strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or mass consumption sales, with a strong background in commercial development and negotiation.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic plans to meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
