The Opportunity:

Mattel is seeking a Key Account Representative to join a dynamic team and be responsible for key communication with clients.

What Your Impact Will Be

  • Develop a negotiation plan involving portfolio building by brand/item on a monthly/yearly basis to comply with the launches and strategy at brand and category level defined for LATAM.
  • Plan monthly and annual client billings.
  • Plan commercial calendar and space deals in season and off season.
  • Be responsible for the client's GS, POS, and profitability margin target.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Retail/Mass Consumption Sales with more than 3 years in the commercial area, with high negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Ability to structure and develop business, with strategic thinking and high analytical skills.
  • Teamwork.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Advanced English level.
