We are a small, fully remote team serving household customers in the US with high-end cleaning services. We are rapidly expanding and looking for reliable, positive, and ambitious individuals to be part of our team.

This is a fully remote, full-time, work-from-home role.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be trained in each area of the business and be expected to master company procedures for managing the daily schedule of cleans. Excellent communication, multitasking, and management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing/coordinating ongoing cleans and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborating with owners and management on project work and contributing to business growth.
  4. Organizing service schedules for cleaners and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  5. Calculating payments and percentages with accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • A quiet and dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection.
  • A smartphone, computer, and headset for calls, which will be provided by the candidate.
  • The ability to manage multiple Google Chrome tabs simultaneously.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience.
