Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at DSV, you will play a key role in ensuring effective and timely management of communications with customers and DSV offices or agents. Your responsibilities will include coordinating freight shipments, maintaining updated information in our systems, and controlling files and offers accepted for coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the commercial area as required
- Ensure effective and timely management of communications with customers and DSV offices or agents
- Maintain coordination of freight shipments until confirmation of arrival
- Keep control of files and offers accepted for coordination, including costs and income in our Operating System
- Ensure opening to files within established standards and under strict discipline
