Funciones:

  • Administrar, capacitar y desarrollar a los miembros del equipo en su territorio, desarrollando sus habilidades para lograr un alto nível profesional y que se cumplen los objetivos del equipo en la línea Pumps, Cyclones and Valves (PCV).
  • Conocer profundamente la situación comercial actual del negocio PCV y su potencial, llevando este conocimiento a los informes del mercado. Analizar los datos del mercado y de los clientes, las ideas y las tendencias para desarrollar negocios detallados con el objetivo del crecimiento sostenible del negocio PCV en su territorio.
  • Asegurar la alineación y la articulación estratégica dentro de la organización Flsmidth para entregar y capturar valor hacia y desde los clientes del territorio para PCV.
  • Administrar el negocio de PCV en su territorio basado en nuestro enfoque de "proveedor del ciclo de vida".

Requisitos:

  • Contar con título universitario en Carreras universitarias de a lo menos 4 años (Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Metalurgica y/o Minas, Ingeniería Electromecánica, Ingeniera Industrial).
  • Experiência en relación comercial con clientes y proveedores
  • Nível de inglés intermedio
