Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in a management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations/planning function.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level.
  • Experience with a complex, globally scaled product, sales, and engineering environment.
  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Cloud technology knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent problem solving and modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, written, and presentation skills.

About the job:


In this role, you will be immersed in data collection, draw insight from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations.

You will be comfortable operating under uncertainty, structuring complicated issues and finding creative solutions to business challenges. You will take initiative, be comfortable working in a rapidly changing industry, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the annual and quarterly planning processes, which include the development of the business plan, operating model, resource allocation, market segmentation, prioritization, and compensation design.
  • Work with the crossfunctional leadership team (i.e. Vice Presidents and Directors) across Sales, Finance, and Marketing to drive alignment on business goals.
  • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing final recommendations.
  • Own strategic initiatives on both an ongoing and ad hoc basis, working collaboratively across the global organization.
  • Plan, develop, and execute a variety of projects or programs. Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and rollouts to achieve project or program goals.
