Pumps Cyclone and Valves Global Inventory Analyst I


We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people who want to enter the mining industry as a Global Inventory Analyst in our KREBS Pumps, Cyclones, and Valves Global Product Management.

Product Management must manage and track the effectiveness of strategies globally for inventory.

To do this, we need Inventory Analysts to support and drive our regional SIOP process, collect and validate global information, create live reporting, and execute our global stocking strategies.

Working with sales, inventory and operations personnel the analyst will drive results ensuring we are stocking the right parts in the right places around the globe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Utilize Global Replenishment Inventory System calculations to provide recommendation for changes to Reorder Points, Safety Stock, and Min / Max Levels.
  • Analyze assigned facilities around the globe.
  • Review of outlier data to ensure correct stocking levels.
  • Run multiple scenarios to support SIOP team in making critical decisions inventory decisions.
  • Champion Slow Moving Inventory Reduction for assigned warehouses.
  • Collaborate with PC&V Sales team to create business cases for advanced stocking opportunities.
  • Deliver monthly regional approved stocking plan to Global Product Management
  • Ability to travel as required.
What Your Bring

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or technical school related to Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting or related field of study

Advanced knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SharePoint, and Access.

Experience writing formulas, functions, code and building relational data models.

Effective communication before groups of employees across the organization.

Proactive, self-driven work ethic and the ambition to take full ownership of responsibilities.

Enjoys troubleshooting and the development and implementation of solutions.

Capability of interpreting instructions where only limited standardization may exist.

Desire to continuously learn and develop new and existing skills.

Passion for collaboration, innovation and taking on challenges in a dynamic environment

Pumps Cyclone and Valves Global Inventory Analyst II

Your Responsibilities

  • Utilize Global Replenishment Inventory System calculations to provide recommendation for changes to Reorder Points, Safety Stock, and Min / Max Levels.
  • Analyze assigned facilities around the globe.
  • Review of outlier data to ensure correct stocking levels.
  • Support in mapping of install base to support in future demand forecasting functions.
  • Develop demand planning strategies based on regional install base.
  • Organize monthly Regional SIOP Process meetings.
  • Run multiple scenarios to support SIOP team in making critical decisions inventory decisions.
  • Post review of Capital Projects to plan for future demand based on wear parts in the package.
  • Champion Slow Moving Inventory Reduction for assigned warehouses.
  • Understanding of multiple ERP systems (I.E. Aurora, Oracle, SAP, Epicor, etc.)
  • Collaborate with PC&V Sales team to create business cases for advanced stocking opportunities.
  • Deliver monthly regional approved stocking plan to Global Product Management
  • Ability to travel as required.
What Your Bring
