Industrial Sales Professional with Territory Management Expertise

Role Overview:

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sales and territory management skills in a dynamic environment. As an Industrial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for effectively managing assigned territories, understanding sales goals, and developing strategies to achieve quarterly and annual objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, effective time and territory management abilities, and experience working independently. A bachelor's degree or higher is required, along with at least two years of safety or industrial sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. A valid Driver's License is also mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and Achieve Objectives: Effectively manage assigned territory, understand sales goals, and develop self-directed sales coverage with manager's assistance.
  2. Sales and Marketing: Apply business unit marketing policies, procedures, and plans, utilizing the selling process to achieve sales results, and demonstrate product applications to internal and external customers.
  3. Coordination and Planning: Plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other responsibilities, adhering to all budget guidelines.
  4. Administration: Maintain and communicate account and prospect information, and maintain company resources and sales support materials.
  5. Leadership: Exhibit leadership with accounts, prospects, and peers, accepting direction and assuming leadership as appropriate, building collaboration among team members to address relevant customer/industry issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • At least two years of safety or industrial sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Strong organizational skills, effective time and territory management abilities, and experience working independently
  • Valid Driver's License
Work Location and Travel:

This role is based in Florida/Orlando area and may include up to 40% domestic travel. The company offers a hybrid work arrangement allowing employees to choose between remote, on-site, or hybrid work options.

Benefits and Compensation:

The estimated compensation range for this position is $110,762 - $135,375 per year, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. Additionally, the company provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, health savings accounts, disability benefits, life insurance, and retirement benefits.

Please note that the expected salary range is subject to change based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. This role is not eligible for relocation assistance.
