Customer Support Specialist, Portuguese Language Expert

Admirals Group is a global fintech company with a presence in 18 countries, offering a range of financial services to individuals and businesses. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Agent to join our team, who is fluent in Portuguese and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, chat, and email
  • Check website content for accuracy and completeness
  • Translate content into Portuguese
  • Manage pending applications and requests from clients
  • Request documents from clients as needed
  • Collaborate with the Compliance department to resolve tasks
  • Engage in retention and cross-selling activities
  • Upsell and promote additional services to clients
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Team Lead

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Portuguese (C1-C2 level or native speaker)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and PC skills
  • Knowledge of Forex (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Spanish language skills (desirable but not mandatory)
