Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in the tech industry?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global leader in premium outsourced customer support, where you'll have the chance to work with clients from over 30 countries and communicate in multiple languages.
We're looking for a skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONSULTANT to provide top-notch technical support via calls, emails, and chats. You'll be responsible for gathering essential technical information to resolve complex cases, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customers' satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent German and English language skills, be able to work independently and proactively, and have a personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer and technical support via various communication channels
- Gather required technical information to resolve complex cases
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Meet team KPIs and ensure customers' satisfaction
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Independent and proactive approach to work
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
- Flexible schedule: Friday to Sunday, along with two flexible days during the week, 5 AM–1 PM, Chile time
