Customer Support Expert for E-commerce

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Jumpseller. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our clients via email, ensuring their e-commerce experience with us is seamless and enjoyable.
As a representative of our brand, you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients, resolving technical issues, answering questions, and helping them set up their online stores. Your expertise in e-commerce and ability to communicate effectively will be invaluable in providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to client inquiries via email, providing timely and accurate solutions to their technical and operational issues
- Collaborate with our Design and Development teams to resolve complex issues and implement process improvements
- Document and automate frequently asked questions to ensure consistency and efficiency in our responses
- Continuously evaluate and improve our support processes to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our clients
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or related field
- Demonstrated professional experience in Customer Support, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in HTML development (a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish
